Lid For Teapot Swan Design

i am looking for a lid for a Noritake teapot. The Teapot is 6" high and slim with a very long spout - the design is the lake with sunset and swans. The lid diameter is 2"but with a 1and half inch hole. If i remember correctly the lid was a dark cream with a lip to fit the larger part of the hole and obviously a bit on the top to pick it up!
